How to Create a Vision Board in Google Drawings in 3 Easy Steps by Julie Taeko

How to Create a Vision Board in Google Drawings in 3 Easy Steps by Julie Taeko

After researching vision boards and watching some of my favorite YouTube stars talk about them, I decided to create one on my own. But I wasn’t sure how I could create the most efficient and effective vision board.

Check out my blog post about my 2019 vision boards to help you generate some creative ideas.

There are many offline ways to create one such as using a blank white canvas and cutting up inspirational words and images from magazines. But who owns magazines nowadays? Another way, is to pin up images that you print yourself on a cork board, but that takes too much time. That being said, spending quality time on accumulating the images and inspirational words that you want to include on your vision board, are part of the fun and part of the ingraining the ideas into your subconscious. Every thought, word, and action that leads you to your vision, is critical.

To get to where you want to go, you first need to know where you want to go. Then, by applying the law of attraction, and visualizing your success, you can make things happen.

I decided to use Google Drawings to create my vision boards. And I used Unsplash to source all of my images, and inspirational words. All in all, it was a super easy, effective, and rewarding process that I would highly recommend to others.

Here are 3 easy steps to creating your own vision board with Google Drawings.

1. Open Google Drive by clicking on the checkered box icon in Gmail, or going directly to https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/.

2. Once you get into Google Drive, click on the plus button “New.”

3. Click on “More” and you’ll see Google Drawings. You can also bypass all these steps and go directly to Google Drawings if you are already signed in.

And voila! You now have a blank Google Drawings that you can work with to create your very own Vision Board!
